Where the mission is too vague to measure against, that vagueness is itself part of the gap, and the assessment names it. The technology is the easy part.
The Problem
AI does not create the question of what education is for. It forces it. When a model can write the essay, the essay’s purpose changes, and so does the formation the essay was meant to accomplish. The technology is easy to acquire. What it demands of students is not.

We help schools build the conditions for genuine AI stewardship, examining how AI interacts with learning, assessment, and character formation. That work happens at the level of culture, curriculum, and faculty development, where stewardship is built through formation practices rather than rules alone.

Leaders shape the conditions that make formation possible throughout the institution. Yet most professional development focuses on techniques and competencies rather than the formation of the people entrusted with forming others. Skills matter. Formation matters more.
What We Do

Participants engage the formative influence they already have, develop a shared language for formation, and align their daily decisions with the school’s mission.
