The Solution

Most organizations focus on what they do. We focus on who they are forming.

VIA Forma integrates behavioral science, organizational design, and living wisdom traditions to help leaders intentionally shape the habits, decisions, and relationships their systems produce.

Virtue is the development of the habits and dispositions that enable people to act wisely and well.

It is formed through what an organization repeatedly teaches, models, and rewards. Over time, those habits become second nature—shaping how people think, decide, lead, and ultimately who they become.

INTEGRITY

It exists when mission is embedded in everyday decisions and choices—not simply stated on a wall, website, or annual report.

AGAPE

A commitment to others’ flourishing.

Agape keeps organizations focused on who their work is ultimately for and whether their actions genuinely serve the good of others.

It directs purpose beyond self-interest toward stewardship, responsibility, and the flourishing of the people and communities an organization impacts.
