Brian Jenkin, PhD spent years working with businesses and educational organizations on strategy, growth, and organizational change.

Across different sectors and contexts, he began noticing a consistent pattern: initiatives often failed to take hold, cultures struggled to align with stated values, and even well-designed strategies depended on people and systems that were not prepared to sustain them.

The challenge was not simply strategy. It was formation.

Organizations invested heavily in what people knew and what they could do, without asking what they were becoming in the process. The gap between intention and outcome was not a planning failure. It was a design failure.

VIA Forma was built on that insight: people are formed by the systems, relationships, and environments they inhabit.
